Barnstable Historical Society

Located in the house originally built by Sylvanus B. Phinney across from the Sturgis Library. The Society purchased this building as it's permanent home from the Jones family of Barnstable. A research facility and museum open seasonally mid-June to mid-October the property encompasses 2.75 acres.

Barnstable Comedy Club

As the oldest running, live community theater on Cape Cod and one of the oldest in America, we strive to bring excellence to all of our patrons, volunteers, members and to the community. We are a MA 501(3)(c) non profit volunteer driven organization.

Barnstable Harbor Ecotours

We’re enjoying a summer filled with beautiful days and spectacular sunsets as we tour picturesque Barnstable Harbor. Our guests experience a couple of hours out on the water exploring the local flora and fauna away from the breathless shore. In addition to our daily Ecotours and Sunset tours we have other special interest tours you won’t want to miss.

Barnstable Pottery Shop & Art Gallery

Barnstable Pottery is a studio and art gallery offering coffee mugs, bowls, plates, vases and more, finished with glazes that range from rich jewel tones to delicate ivories speckled with beach sand. Owner Kevin Nolan often chats with customers as he works and offers classes in the studio to “people who are serious about pottery.”

Cape Cod Art Center

The Cape Cod Art Center is a non-profit membership group continuously operating since its inception in 1948. It serves its members and community with a variety of fine art programs and events. Our mission is to promote the creation and appreciation of visual art by providing a supportive environment for education and exhibitions. Its custom designed facilities include two galleries for monthly exhibitions and two studios for classes, demonstrations and workshops in a variety of art media. All exhibits are open to the public for viewing, never any admission.
